One of the exciting and adventurous shepherding i ever had. Can you imagine with me? Walking for half an hour (to somewhere where we don’t even know where we were heading), it was all dark, we have to by-pass a dead pathway that has nothing BUT some insect’s sound in the night. I was scared to the the extent of holding unto blackie’s hands and it was so quiet that i had to whisper to communicate with her. We went from places to places to find that farm, we met stray dogs barking and following us, endless mosquitoes bites. Yes, is it exciting?
HAHAHHA. I went prawning with BLACKIE! I did that for the first time of my life. It was VERY VERY funnnn! I think God loves us so much that we caught 8 prawns in the span of 3 hours. (till 12 midnight) and we have a very nice uncle who drove us out of the farm to the main road. =)
Oh… Just in case you are thinking who’s the Blackie that i am talking about? She’s a dog.

I think my sheep is smart cos we only spent 26 dollars altogether! Catching prawns are so FUNNNN and our experience over there was like a commotion for the others who are fishing and all. Example(s):
1. Florence tried to “copy” how the Indian man catch the prawn without getting bitten by putting 2 slippers on top of the prawn’s “kiup-er”, but little did we know that in the end, the prawn’s kiup-er caught florence’s slipper. HAHAHAHA. It was really funny!!!!!
2. When blackie caught another prawn, she swing the rod and guess what, the prawn used its kiup-er to hang itself on the lamp post and refused to come down!
Yeap. FUN things with FUN people. Florence, you’re not boring! Really. At least the things that you do always amuse me. =)
That was 2 weeks ago. But i really enjoyed the:
1. Catching up(s)
2. Shopping and trying new clothes. (i think just by trying on clothes on that day is as good as i had tried on new clothes for last year)
3. Japanese food
4. Fooling around (acting like a freak—> transformer and bumper bee)

a long lost friend
hehe. About a month ago, we celebrated jasmine loh’s 21st birthday! The feeling is just so great when you know that you’re not just the only one marching into the “2″ series. It was a special sunday filled with expectation which i had about a week ago when jasmine told me “she” might be coming. Before moving to her party, i was at YMCA, baptising people. It was awesome when you see people committing and obeying to God’s calling. Anyway, coming back, my friend (the unfamilar face) is someone who really influenced me BIG time during my “baby years” back then when i just came to know God. 8 years. We didn’t meet for 8 years. But when she stepped into the party and we talked about the good old days, it just felt that we didn’t meet for a few months or so. Interestingly, her workplace is just beside my school. Looking forward to spend time with this precious person in my life. She was my ex-shepherd, CL, and a friend. Thank God for the jasmine’s birthday that unlocked the doubts we had since 8 years ago.
